Tickets are available online, we don’t have a ticket office on site. You can also book online if a show has already started.

No free choice of seats, your tickets are numbered. Choose from the categories Love-Seat (bookable in a pack of 2), Deck Chair Parquet, Deck Chair Rank and Picnic Cinema. At the picnic cinema, you can bring your cuddly blanket for the sunbathing lawn or use our cuddly blanket sale.

We will collect your contact details when you purchase your ticket. Of course, we strictly observe data protection (DSGVO) here.

Even if your show starts later, you are always welcome and can make yourself comfortable in our jungle beer garden.

Kino am Olympiasee is completely cashless. Book your food and drinks in advance online, or on site at our terminals or at our bars.

We accept all common means of payment.

Eat and drink well. Your well-being is is important to us! Our cozy jungle beer garden directly on the Olympic Lake offers a wide range of food: delicious burgers, vegetarian and vegan bowls with fresh ingredients and grilled specialties from the Herrmannsdorfer Landwerkstaetten.

In addition, we serve cool beers from Hofbraeu, sparkling cocktails, good wines from Saffer and a wide range of juice spritzers and soft drinks.

You are welcome to bring food, please pack it unbreakably. Drinks are not permitted.

When you buy your ticket, you can book our packages and save. Particularly popular: The Notte Italiana and the Date Package.

Do you want to give something very special to your loved one? Then we recommend our packages.

It can get chilly at the Olympic Lake. Dress appropriately and bring a blanket, or use our cuddly blanket sale. We will lend umbrellas free of charge, while stocks last.

Go to the Olympic Tower, from there it is 100m to our entrance directly on the Olympic Lake.

Kino am Olympiasee takes place on the open space of the Olympic swimming hall, Coubertinplatz 1, Olympic Park Munich.

Parking spaces (chargeable) are usually available in sufficient quantities on the Olympic Tower parking deck.

We recommend travelling by bike or public transport. Public transport: U3 Olympiapark or Bus 173 Eissportstadion.

For security reasons, the City of Munich obliges us to carry out bag checks at the entrance.

Please support us and prepare your visit accordingly: Feel free to bring food, unbreakably packed. The following are not permitted: drinks; bottles, glass and fragile items in any form; own chairs; four-legged friends.

People who are blind or hard of hearing can attend selected shows thanks to the Greta app. Experience accessible cinema that is really fun – on your own and independently, alone or with friends. Just download the app and off you go. We look forward to your visit!

Young people under the age of 16 can only be admitted if accompanied by a legal guardian, young people under the age of 18 only if the event ends before midnight.

Please also pay attention to the age rating of the respective show.

Kino am Olympiasee takes place on a sunbathing lawn. It is not permitted to bring bottles, glass and fragile items in any form.

For fire safety reasons, you are not allowed to bring your own chairs.

The Assembly Venue Ordinance for the Olympic Park as well as the conditions of Stadtwerke München GmbH (SWM) for the use of the sunbathing lawn of the Olympic swimming pool stipulate: Unfortunately, four-legged friends cannot be brought along.

The great backdrop for Kino am Olympiasee is the century architecture of the Olympic Park from 1972. The park is one of the most popular destinations for Munich residents in summer.
